Unlock your potential, today
The behavioural science from ACT is built on a robust evidence base. It’s an approach that’s highly flexible and ideally suited to address a whole range of challenges in the modern workplace.
Services for individuals & organisations
ACT offers a coherent approach for the creation of an effective, values-driven work environment. In working with individuals, I seek to support the development of skills for enhanced awareness, authentic action and adaptability.
At the level of teams or groups the same ACT skills can be scaled to create the conditions for collaboration and cooperation both within and between teams.
ACT @ Work
I offer bespoke workshops, delivered directly to your people.
These can help people develop skills to navigate change, find meaning at work, prepare for challenging conversations & relate effectively to their anxiety.
Training Courses
I’ve trained hundreds of people in the application of ACT in the workplace.
This training enables them to deliver impactful programmes in their own organisations based on a protocol co-written by me at City, University of London.
1 on 1 Coaching
I have a proven track record of applying ACT to Leadership Coaching.
This enables my clients to develop their authentic style, build resilience and deliver in a way that can flex to suit changing contexts.
Leadership Teams
I work with leadership teams in both the public and private sector.
This training supports them in exploring their purpose, whilst building trust, accountability, a focus on delivery and the capacity to disagree agreeably.
Group Supervision
I am actively developing a Small Group Supervision programme to support ACT practitioners in the workplace.
This will progress their skills and experience through facilitation by me and collaboration with others.
Prosocial Teams
The skills from ACT can expanded to the team and organisational level using an approach called Prosocial.
Combing evolutionary psychology, behavioural science & a core set of design principles to build collaboration and cooperation.

ACT FAQs
Answering your questions on ACT and more!
Could ACT help me develop my confidence at work?
ACT is ideally suited to explore what makes you tick in the workplace, to help you identify your authentic style and work out how you might be getting in your own way.
Through exploration and an enhanced awareness, you’ll learn how to liberate your most authentic self.
Is ACT suitable for my organisation?
I’ve applied ACT in my work with adults from a wide variety of organisations, including the NHS front line, specialist paramedics, Hedge Fund Managers, Teachers, Civil Servants, Charities, a Big Four Consultancy, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Global Technology and Ballet Companies.
In each case there are humans facing universal challenges where ACT is both relevant and helpful.
Why should I consider working with you?
I have over 30 years’ experience supporting adults in the workplace and strive to design and deliver solutions based on a robust evidence base.
ACT has a strong evidence base and is shown to increase psychological well-being and adaptability. Importantly, psychological well-being is one of the most reliable predictors of performance, attendance and turnover.
How will I know if you’re a good fit for my coaching requirements?
If your serious about change, book a no obligation 30-minute chat with me to hear more about my approach.
It helps if you’re willing to describe the challenges you’d like to work on, and this chat should provide us both with the opportunity to consider if we might be well-suited to work together in achieving your goals.
Whether we proceed to work together or not, these conversations remain strictly confidential.
I’d also recommend that you speak with three or more coaches to help you identify the best fit for your requirements.
Can you help me consider how to measure the impact of your skills training in my team or organisation?
Absolutely yes. We can work together to identify qualitative and quantitative approaches to measuring the impact of my work.
This could involve the creation of bespoke questionnaires or relying on existing or emerging measures. For example, there are measures of burnout, mindful attention and the six processes of ACT.
